AirSial has announced the launch of a new international route, expanding its overseas flight network with a direct connection between Peshawar and Jeddah. The airline will operate three weekly flights starting November 17, 2026, giving passengers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa a direct option for traveling to Saudi Arabia.
Peshawar’s Bacha Khan International Airport has historically had limited direct international options, with most KP-based travelers to Saudi Arabia routing through Islamabad or Karachi first. A direct Jeddah connection removes that extra domestic leg entirely — relevant given KP’s sizeable Umrah and expatriate labor travel demand, both segments that are highly sensitive to routing convenience and total journey time.
This launch continues AirSial’s expansion beyond its original domestic focus. The airline, founded by the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry and launched in December 2020, only entered international markets in March 2023, with Jeddah as its first overseas destination — from Sialkot. Since then, it has grown its international network to include Jeddah, Madinah, Dammam, and Muscat, with the Peshawar route marking its expansion into a fourth Pakistani city offering direct Saudi connectivity.
